Julie was absolutely amazing in helping us find our first home. She listened to exactly what we wanted and was able to help us find the perfect home. She was incredibly patient and always available and we would recommend her to everyone.

Julie is seriously the best! Not many real estate agent’s could’ve helped us through finding a home while we were 8.5 months pregnant! She goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect house and make the best decision for you & your family. She’s knowledgeable on everything from the real estate market, to negotiating, to maintenance, building and renovation information. Julie was absolutely amazing! We are so thankful that she was our realtor and was there every step of the way for the process of selling our home to purchase a new one, especially since the seller of our new home was extremely difficult to work with. Julie remained our advocate and remained professional no matter how difficult the seller was and was able to help us get our dream home despite all the curve balls that were thrown at us from the seller. We cannot say enough great things about her and feel very privileged to have had her throughout the whole process!

Working with Julie was the best experience I have ever had working with an agent. She was professional, knowledgeable, and was constantly on the ball ensuring that nothing ever fell through the cracks. This time I was buying, and she nailed every prediction she made (“they’re going to do yy next, so we’ll do xx first to position you better”). The transaction had some big curveballs thrown her way and every time they popped up she handled them – getting this deal finalized that would almost certainly have fallen through with just about any other agent. I do not think I could ever get myself to say that a real estate transaction was enjoyable, but she certainly made the experience as smooth as it could possibly have been. I will absolutely do business with Julie again when the need arises.

So as a first time home buyer as you can imagine I was a bit over my head. I work a lot and dont always have time to research things like the home buying process, all I knew going into this was have money saved! And more then you think youll need. This is where Julia from I home realty came in so clutch for me. She was extremly knowledgeable, kind and professional also she made me feel comfortable right away. I had my eyes set on the perfect home for me and I was very excited. After looking the place over we talked in the garage and I let her know that I felt confident putting everything in her hands and she did not disappoint. She gave me great advice on submitting an offer, also the pros and cons of high or low offers and right away we put one in and the ball started rolling. Happily they accepted the offer and the emails and phone calls where almost a daily occurence, for about 30 days during which I highly leaned on Julia for help. For I had only sent an email maybe once a year at this point, aka not my cup of tea. Every step of the way was made so smooth with her help and guidance which she always gave happily. So in January of 2021 it became official I had bought my first home!! I was over the moon and Julia was sweet enough to congratulate me with a nice gift and card which still hangs on my fridge. Julie was absolutely amazing to work with! I am a single mother who was approved to a smaller amount on an FHA loan. I was told by two other Realator’s that there was nothing available in my price range. Julie thought outside the box and was able to find a home in my price range with all of my needs and wants! She was great at promptly responding to me and went above and beyond to ease my nerves! Julie was also able to negotiate enough closing credits to get my {closing costs} all the way down to $399.00! I would HIGHLY recommend Julie!!!!!!
